Multiheal Ointment is a combination of two medicines: Mupirocin and Bromelain. Mupirocin is an antibiotic which stops bacterial growth by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. Bromelain is a proteolytic enzyme which helps remove the dead or damaged skin cells and promotes healing.
