Kerala Ayurveda Nalpamaradi Keram is a face and body oil for summers, which can clear up the tan and reduce sun damage. It is enriched with “varnya” herbs that can remove tan, revealing soft, dewy, and glowing skin. Turmeric or haridra can protect skin from the sun and lightens dark spots. The bark of four ficus species or nalpamara can help maintain the skin's complexion. Cooling and healing herbs like vetiver or usira can renew skin, and Indian gooseberry or amla may reduce tan. These herbs, along with red sandalwood or raktachandana, Indian madder or manjistha, and more, are cooked in coconut oil. Kerala ayurveda nalpamaradi keram follows the recipe in the ancient ayurvedic text Sahasrayogam that might help repair skin and heal from sun damage.Key ingredients The bark of four ficus species or nalpamaraTurmeric or haridraVetiver or usiraRed sandalwood or raktachandanaIndian madder or manjisthaKey benefits It is a herbal oil for maintaining skin complexionIt can help reduce tanning and sun damageIt may support in maintaining a healthy glow of the skinIt may reduce sun spots and uneven skinIt can moisturise and hydrate the skinDirections for use Cleanse your face in the morning with a gentle cleanserTake 10 ml of the oil in a bowl, dip the fingers in the oil and rub this in between your palmsIf you have oily skin, reduce the quantity to about 5mlMassage the oil over your face and neck in gentle circular motions and long strokes over your bodyLeave this for about 30 minutes if you have dry skinIf you have oily or acne-prone skin, don’t leave it on your skin for over 10 minutesWash your face and body with warm water and a gentle cleanserIt is made of original ingredients such as turmeric so that it can leave a yellow tingeBut remember, if the Nalpamaradi doesn't stain, it's not the originalSafety informationRead the label carefully before useFor external use onlyStore in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlightKeep out of reach of childrenIf you are using this oil for the first time, do a patch testAvoid using any face oil if you have active acneDon't apply over cutsNalpamaradi keram is made of authentic ingredients such as turmeric so that it can leave a yellow tingeBut remember, if the nalpamaradi doesn't stain, it's not the originalAs the base is coconut oil, it can solidify in cooler temperaturesYou can churn the bowl slightly between your palmsAs the oil loosens, place the required amount in a bowl in slightly warm water, and use
