Keptop Lotion

Keptop Lotion is a combination of three medicines, aloe vera, ketoconazole, and zinc pyrithione. Aloe vera nourishes and moisturizes the skin. Ketoconazole is an antifungal medication that kills and stops the growth of fungi by destroying their cell membranes. Zinc pyrithione is also an antifungal medicine. It makes fungal cells absorb copper, which in turn disrupts protein utilization mechanisms in the cells. This is how it stops fungal growth.
